Sunday, December 16th ~ JOY

"Everlasting Joy is NOW" ~ Isaiah 35

~ THE RANSOMED SHALL RETURN ~

"The Wilderness and the dry land shall be glad;

the desert shall rejoice and blossom like the crocus;

it shall blossom abundantly and rejoice with joy and singing.

The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the majesty of Carmel and Sharon.

 They shall see the glory of the LORD, the majesty of our GOD."

~  Isaiah 35:1-2

"Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees.

Say to those who have an anxious heart,

'Be strong; fear not!  Behold, your GOD will come with vengeance,

with the recompense of GOD.  He will come and save you.'"

~  Isaiah 35:3-5

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 23rd ~ LOVE

"Wrappings", Performed by Ms. Marcia Whitehead

 "Wrappings" is a reverent retelling of the greatest love story the universe will ever know.

The story of God’s love for us, so profound in its depth and passion that God set aside His own majesty,

wrapped Himself in human flesh and entered the world through a young Hebrew woman named Mary.

Through story and song, Wrappings investigates the fears, the faith and the hardships

Mary and Joseph might have faced as they anticipated the birth of their miracle child, the Messiah.

This journey to an ancient time and place will enrich your perception of the events leading up to the birth of Christ

and give you a renewed appreciation for Mary and Joseph’s profound faith in God.
